Terms of service

Our products come with 10 year warranty. If something breaks we'll repair it if we can, replace it if we can't. The only exception is negligence - our warranty does not cover animal bites, chop saws, roller coaster ejections, tipsy cab ride forgetfulness, etc.

 

In other words, apart from deliberate damage, which in case of leather is quite obvious, you’re covered for a decade.
