All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), there may be a slight delay in processing. We will notify you if there is any significant delay with your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, both domestic and international:

  • Domestic (India):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
    • Free Shipping on orders over ₹1,700
  • International:

    • On Request

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, so you can track the progress of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care to ensure your order is safely delivered, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
